Where do we deliver?
Ink Illusions delivers products from the UK to all countries worldwide.
What carriers do you use for delivery?
We use EVRI or Royal Mail for UK deliveries and Parcelforce or DHL for international deliveries. All our delivery prices include full insurance in the case of lost or damaged parcels. Once parcels have left the UK they are in the hands of a local service. As an example, in the USA the delivery will be taken over by the USPS. The tracking number is the same when checking on USPS. In most cases, customs will hold the parcels in your country and may try to contact you before being able to deliver.
Do you provide tracking?
We have tracking available on request. You are then able to use the chat facility on their websites if you need further information on the location of your parcel.
How long is delivery?
Delivery times vary. We usually use EVRI for UK deliveries and Parcelforce or DHL for international deliveries. UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. International deliveries are quoted as 3-5 days delivery but customs usually extends this time further., so usually it is least 2 weeks internationally.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
This will depend on the total of your order and what your local country implements. We always label the items to try to avoid any customs fees, but we can’t control this. You are responsible for any charges due on entry to your country.
Terms and Conditions For Delivery
By purchasing any products from Ink Illusions, the customer understands that they are responsible for checking any local governing laws before purchase. The customer also understands that Ink Illusions is not responsible for any customs issues whatsoever including, but not limited to, customs fees, held items, lost items. we will of course try to find your parcel if lost, but ultimately the courier terms are that we have to wait 1 month before an item is deemed as lost, before we can try to claim on your behalf. Ink Illusions will provide refunds for any items returned in perfect condition (minus shipping costs). If any items are returned due to a customers local customs issues, we will refund the product costs but are not able to refund any postage costs, since insurance does not cover this. The courier at this stage will have your payment for shipping and they will not allow for refunds due to customs disputes in other countries. The customer should take up any disputes with the local customs or governing body. Any customers purchasing products from Ink Illusions agree to these terms.
